Okay. I’m a little bit pissed. Crunchyroll, what is wrong? I have been a member of that site for quite a while, enjoying watching the movies and dramas on that site, only to keep finding out that everything is being deleted. And I thought YouTube was bad. No, I think this is becoming worse. I go on there today to watch a movie, in less than two hours, its licensed and I can’t watch it. Unbelievable.
Can anyone explain to me what the hell is going on with that site? Because I don’t even want to deal with it anymore. I really don’t. It takes up too much of my time to check that damn site to see if the videos that I have favorited are still there or not. It’s getting ridiculous and I’m fed up with it.
Sorry for acting this way about it, but I had to get it out. My own way of venting. So, I won’t be posting any Crunchyroll links anymore for the simple reason that there aren’t any to post in the first place. So thanks for reading, and if anyone can think of better sites I can use, please feel free to leave a comment and point me in the right direction.

Main Cast:
Jang Na Ra as Yang Song Yi
Kim Rae Won as Kim Hyun Sung

Synopsis: Song Yi is a girl with a pure heart with a bad temper. She was tricked and humiliated by her “best friend” Hee Won as a child. From then on, Hee Won has always been the princess and successful while everyone mistook Song Yi as the evil child. When Song Yi did not have a job, Hee Won introduced her to the amusement park that she is in charge of. There she found her childhood friend and ex-crush Hyun Sung, who Hee Won has “stole” when they were kids. From then on, Hee Won tried to humiliate Song Yi many times, framing her in many situations that Hee Won has created herself. To get back at Hee Won, she decided to break the train that the park was launching so that Hee Won would be blamed. Little did she know that she caused more damage and that the train caught on fire. What was worse was that the son of the president of the park was in the train. Ridden with guilt, Song Yi risks her own life to save the life of Seung Joon. Seung Joon fell in love with Song Yi for her brave spirit and charming attitude, but what will happen to their relationship when Hee Won exposes to the world of what she has done?

Review: Okay, so My Love Patzzi. It’s a relatively short drama considering Korean dramas in general, only ten episodes. And to be honest, I like it that way. I like shorter dramas because things happen faster instead of the drama being dragged out. Sometimes it’s necessary and sometimes it’s not. So anyway, this is a really cute drama with Jang Nara, Kim Jae Won, and Kim Rae Won.
Kim Jae Won and Kim Rae Won. The question is always which one does everyone prefer. One quick question, why? They really aren’t alike and this is the only drama where they are together. Maybe it’s because their names are very close, but other than that, not much a like. Personally, I like Kim Jae Won better, but that’s because I’ve seen him in more dramas than Kim Rae Won. But in this drama I was definitely rooting for Kim Rae Won’s character for Jang Nara’s character! I think they are definitely cute together.
So, the whole plot kind of revolves around the Cinderella-like story of Patzzi. Song Yi has an “evil step-sister” that has painted her as this horrible person, while she is actually the conniving little witch! Ugh, she bothers me, but it adds to the drama of the story. So in the end, she is revealed as the evil master mind behind everything. So that’s good.
The love triangle isn’t that unique. I mean it’s definitely one that is familiar. The one guy secretly loves her and the other one is kind of needy. I think the thing that made it a little more unique was the fact that Song Yi saved Seung Joon’s life, or so he likes to think.
So, to see who she ends up with, I would definitely watch it. It’s only ten episodes. If you like Kim Rae Won and Kim Jae Won then you should probably see it. It’s a good, nice, short love story. I can hardly find it anywhere though! But I did finally find one link. So enjoy!!!

Wonderful Life is a Korean drama starring Kim Jae Won and Kim Yoo Jin aka Eugene of the girl group S.E.S. It aired from the beginning of March 2005 to the end of April 2005 with 16 episodes.
Main Cast:
Kim Jae Won as Han Seung Wan
Eugene as Jung Se Jin
Lee Ji Hoon as Min Do Hyun
Han Eun Jung as Lee Chae Young
Synopsis: Han Seung Wan and Jung Se Jin bumps into each other at the airport and accidentally take each other’s passports. They meet again and Seung Wan and Se Jin end up spending the day together. Both having to deal with love complications, they end up drunk and having a one night stand. Back in Korea, Se Jin discovers she is pregnant and leaves to have the baby alone. A year later, Se Jin’s clueless sister ends up spilling the secret to Seung Wan at his engagement party, showing up with his baby daughter. Seung Wan and Se Jin are then forced to marry by their respective families. Complicated love takes place between Do Hyun, Se Jin, Chae Young and Seung Wan. The rest of the story revolves around the family’s journey in learning to take responsibility, and learning to love each other.
Review: Wonderful Life is definitely one of my favorite dramas, hands down. It’s cute, it’s funny, it has it’s dramatic moments, but overall a wonderful drama to watch (and yes, that was a really bad pun). Eugene is so cute and her look was great for this drama, and surprisingly she acts well. Kim Jae Won is up there with my favorite actors. I love his smile, it’s cute and sexy and…I fall in love every time I see it… He was great in this drama as well.
The idea for this drama was great, I think it was somewhat original for Asian drama standards. I mean ideas like this were then used in other dramas like the Thai lakorn, Oom Rak (Chains of Love) starring Ken and Ann, but that is for another time. But overall it was really great. There were a lot of cute parts and other parts that were just heart wrenching. Little baby Shinbi!!!! She was a cute kid.
And the reason why I am kinda late on this delay is because I was re-watching this drama. It is that good. This is one of my favorites. One of my favorite moments is toward the end where they start to have feelings for each other. Their power goes out and the heater goes out and they both, Se Jin and Seung Wan, are freezing so they decided to get a big blanket and kinda huddle together. It was such a cute scene and is definitely one of my favorites.
Overall, great drama. Definitely a watch or re-watch, so check it out. Well while I was re-watching it on crunchyroll, they decided to license it when I was on the last episode. How unfair is that? Anyway…here are the links. Enjoy!

Full House is a Korean drama starring the signer/actor Rain (Lee Young Jae) and Song Hye Gyo (Han Ji Eun). This 2004 drama is a remake of the manhwa of the same title. It was an instant hit and there have been rumors of a sequel. It premiered from July 2004 to September 2004 with 16 episodes.
Main Cast:
Bi (Rain) as Lee Young Jae
Song Hye Gyo as Han Ji Eun
Han Eun Jung as Kang Hye Won
Kim Sung Soo as Yoo Min Hyuk
Synopsis: Han Ji Eun is a naive writer who got swindled out of everything she owned including her house by her best friends. Stranded in China, She managed to borrow money from an actor Lee Young Jae to return to Korea. On her return, she found out that her house was bought by Lee Young Jae. In an attempt to get her possessions back, she entered in a contract marriage with Young Jae for one year. In spite of losing all, Ji Eun manages to be cheerful and takes things in strike and the business relationship between the two becomes personal as they start to rely and care for each other.
Review: Everyone loves Full House. EVERYONE! “What’s your favorite drama?”…”Full House.” Of course, everyone loves Full House. I, on the other hand, LIKED it. I did not love it, it is not my favorite, but it was decent. This is another Rain/Bi drama and he was okay. I don’t know what I like him better as, either the bad ass or the immature actor. Song Hye Gyo was just glowing in this drama. I like her look and as I understand it, she is still popular in South Korea, which is great. Her performance in this drama was great.
Full House is cute. No other word to describe it. That can either be bad or good, depending on how it is executed. I think this was on the okay/moderate side. There were a lot of cute moments. I especially like the one where Young Jae is trying to cheer Ji Eun up and he sings the “Gom Se Mari” (The Three Bears) song. He does the American version of it and I just died laughing, it was funny and cute all at the same time. But there were some overally cute moments that kinda made me sick, I can’t think of too many, but if you watch it or have watched it, you will know what I mean.
But I have to say for a 2004 drama, I thought that had the editing process down. There is one scene where the two (Young Jae and Ji Eun) are arguing and the camera is going back and forth between the two. Ji Eun’s back is to the kitchen/other half of the house and Young Jae’s back is to a window. At one point when the camera comes to him, you can see in the window a man look into the window, then realize they are taping, and quickly jump out of the shot. It was so blatantly obvious what happened, it kinda made me mad. If I was the editor I would check for that type of thing, even they were crunched for time. Unbelievable.
Overall, the story developed nicely as well as the characters, that were all very well-rounded and developed. You might as well check it out if you haven’t already because I guarantee anyone that you ask will have seen and probably say it is their favorite. Okay, that is an exaggeration. But it is a good drama and I would watch it, especially if you like Rain. Here are the links and enjoy!

Delightful Girl Choon Hyang is a Korean drama starring Jae Hee (Lee Mong Ryong) and Han Chae Young (Choon Hyang). This drama is an interpretation of the Legend of Choon Hyang. It aired from January 2005 to March 2005 with 17 episodes.
Main Cast:
Han Chae Young as Sung Choon Hyang
Jae Hee as Lee Mong Ryong
Uhm Tae Woong as Byun Hak Do
Park Shi Eun as Hong Chae Rin
Synopsis: Delightful Girl Choon Hyang is the 2005 interpretation of the Legend of Choon Hyang. The story begins when Lee Mong Ryong is transferred from Seoul to a high school in Namwon, North Jeolla Province, because he is a trouble maker. He accidentally bumps into Choon Hyang, shots embarrassing photos of her and swaps her cell phone with his. As a result, they are constantly in touch with each other and find out they attend the same school. Mong Ryong constantly bullies Choon Hyang and due to an accident, they spend the night with each other. Nothing sexually occurs, though, but their reputation is ruined and thus, they are forced to marry each other in order to save their families’ reputation. They like each other, but their relationship is strained by Mong Ryong’s secret crush, Chae Rin, who gets jealous and by Byun Hak Do, a wealthy business man, who falls in love with Choon Hyang.
Review: I absolutely adore this drama. It’s cute, it’s funny, it’s sassy, it’s great, and it has Jae Hee in it (always a plus). I love Jae Hee. I am on of his biggest fans, and I really can’t tell you what it is that I really like about this guy but he is a great actor. I saw this and Witch Yoo Hee first and then I thought that he was just good at the funny guy part. Then I found 3-Iron and I new that this guy was great. And what a transformation, from a funny light hearted role to being a mute, socially problematic guy. It was great…if you haven’t seen it, I would consider seeing it/renting it. I know at the Blockbuster in my town, they have the movie in the Foreign section, so yeah…
ANYWAY, this was a very light hearted comedy/romance, very easy going. Great story line. It was a little confusing with the whole thing at the end of each episode where the characters were back in olden times, but whatever. I think the only thing that bothered me about the characters/story/etc was the fact that Mong Ryong cried a lot. I mean it was Jae Hee and you can’t go wrong with him, but I thought that character was a little wimpy and I think that Choon Hyang kind of emasculated him in those moments. But it was great. I admired Choon Hyang’s toughness in this drama.
I also liked how the romance developed between the two of them and how it tore them to be apart. And Uhm Tae Woong was really good at protraying his part because I really hated his character, and for a while hated him for it, actually going as far as not watching movies/dramas he was in…lol…I got over that very quickly though.
I would say this drama is great for anyone that wants a good romantic story that is light hearted and funny as well. Here are the links for it and enjoy!
